Troy CAN is a community group with representatives from businesses, education institutions, non-profits, and other organizations working to assist the education and/or employment of adults in the Troy area.

Become a volunteer tutor through the Troy CAN Read Program. This program is a partnership between Troy CAN and the Oakland Literacy Council to recruit volunteer tutors for their adult reading program. Improving literacy is a great way to give back to the community. Or refer someone to the program who needs reading help.
