Empowering Baby Boomers

Boomers grew up at a time of dramatic social change from 1946 - 1964. This workshop is designed specifically for them, focusing on job search techniques, strategies, and the unique life experiences that make them who they are.

Google Drive, Grammarly, WiseStamp, and more! Join us and learn how to maximize your efforts in all the right places and showcase your technology skills to an employer.

Waiver of UI Eligibility Session

No earlier than 2 - 3 weeks before the beginning of each semester, contact us to set up an appointment to complete the required forms and apply for a waiver from the Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA). Visit our Unemployment/Register for Work webpage for more details.

Career Assistance Program
(Priority will be given to Oakland County residents)

Our Career Assistance Program provides an opportunity to work with a Career Advisor for individualized career planning/guidance, including resume review, job search support, exploring training opportunities, and interview preparation. Note: Training programs must be completed in 12 months or less. 

Registration is completed via email - once processed/approved; you will be able to schedule the first appointment with your Career Advisor/Planner either in-person or virtually! Individuals interested in the Career Assistance Program can register below. Once you register, you will receive an email from a staff member within 24 - 48 hours.

Need some help taking a professional profile picture for your LinkedIn account? We can help! Come in and have us take your photo for you.
